Support for parents
We provide parents with information, advice, and guidance to assist them in supporting their sons and daughters in meeting the continuum of adolescent challenges.
Team building
Introduce exposure to effective teamwork for all stakeholders (including students) while assisting schools to elevate their effectiveness with bespoke advice and further training.
Leadership management
Provision for stakeholders to engage in bespoke training days for new leaders, blending classroom and leadership skills which will enhance general management and communication.
Dispute resolution
We train schools to manage classroom disputes, to prevent or reduce instances of exclusions, aiming to resolve >90% of school issues.
